I purchased a new chuck for my 1/2 in drill, but could not get the old one off. I stopped into the shop and explained my predicament to a very friendly service person. She took my tool and new chuck into the back to check with someone and came back in what seemed like a minute, with the new chuck attached. I was shocked but very happy and asked how much.
