Ian seemed like a great guy and was kind enough to provide a free quote for me to unclog a tub, and change out two taps. Although he showed up 2 and a half hours late, leaving me waiting in the car waiting outside the house for that time. I booked the appointment for the Friday where he was once again late by 30 minutes.
