Aaron IS THE BEST INSPECTOR TO GO WITH! Thanks to Aaron's drone video of the roof and thoroughness,we,were able to negotiate for the seller to replace the roof in full and his report also gave us a to do list of items we could get fixed after closing that were smaller in scale. He answered our calls and went above and beyond for us. My realtor hated for us to use him and now I know why. NEVER USE THE INSPECTOR THAT YOUR REALTOR RECOMMENDS,CHOOSE YOUR OWN!
