We were VERY satisfied with the exceptional service Aaron provided with our pre-purchase home inspection. He was very thorough with his inspection of an older home and he came across many things that we had missed, would've missed or didn't even consider, which was critical in helping us make an informed decision with our son who was a first time home buyer. He told us to count on 2hrs, possibly 2.5hrs for the inspection but ended up being over 3hrs, so he was making sure he covered everything necessary. He answered any and all questions throughout the inspection and debriefed his findings at the end while promptly sending us a detailed report well within 24hrs.
