The staff have taken it to a new level refusing to renew my renewals in spite of the fact that my Doctor Dr. Niakan has approved it. I have been a patient here for 20 years. It seems the manager of this facility has the right to over ride the Doctors and has ordered the staff do refuse requests from out pharmacy. I have contacted the Ontario health department about this. I am a senior living in Brampton and can't always go to the ofice just get a renewal for my blood pressure meds.
