I have been a patient of this clinic for over 3 decades. I have always been treated with respect by staff & doctors here. I have had 2 family doctors in succession due to retirement plus 3 other doctors who treated me when my regular doctor was on vacation. I'm very happy with this practice. I have moved to the east end but still keep coming here for the excellence service & continuity. Rod Clark

This office is ALWAYS extremely slow. The staff is usually very rude/grumpy. Dr. Toma is rude/stuck up. He seems only only care about money and not helping patients.

I found that staff are rude in gral. Never seen a secretary with an smile or pleasant greeting. Dr. Thoma is rude and doesnt care about what i had to say or my opinion. All he cares is typing in his computer. Bad bad services. Stay away

I have been at the clinic several times, and I have always been treated kind and with respect, from both reception and Dr.s. Thank you for your excellent care and clinical services .

The staff have taken it to a new level refusing to renew my renewals in spite of the fact that my Doctor Dr. Niakan has approved it. I have been a patient here for 20 years. It seems the manager of this facility has the right to over ride the Doctors and has ordered the staff do refuse requests from out pharmacy. I have contacted the Ontario health department about this. I am a senior living in Brampton and can't always go to the ofice just get a renewal for my blood pressure meds.
