It has been over 150 days (5 months) and I've never received refund. I filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau) for the money that I paid to this store and they wrote to them for two months without getting any response from the store. I am filing a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario And if all peaceful attempts do not succeed with them, I will resort to the courts.

It is a terrible place topurchase from. I recently had bad experience,as well bad customer service.They con me into getting a sale.It took two months to get a two day order. Did not write the order I paid for on bill as to get a sale. So it was unavailable. then back and forth calls and conversations they hung-up, never called back even though I paid. Terrible people to be serving Canadians. Finally, after so much stress, they sent the wrong item saying that's what they have blah blah blah...i would never ever buy from these peoples again

I perches a set of dining table and 6 chairs, They did not give me the chairs I agreed for. Then they convinced me to get another chairs that they have available in stock I make sure that they are giving me new chairs not the floor model, however they sent me the display set in store sending 5 chairs instead of new 6 chairs which I refuse to receive. They then promised me a new set, however they are now refusing to assemble the set, which was agreed upon and paid for . It has been over 30 days I did not receive the Dining set, and I have tried to be in contact with them and have not received any news. I have also requested a refund at this point which I have also not been contacted about.
