DO NOT PATRONIZE!!- In all my years as a consumer, I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a business like this. If I could give this business -0 stars I would . As a consumer who values fair treatment and integrity in business transactions, I will recount my abysmal experience with the owner and her Kangaroo transportation business. In what can only be described as a masterclass in customer disregard and outright fraud. Princess Auto Transport has managed to set a new low in customer service standards. On December 11th 2023 I contacted Princess Auto Transport via phone to move my vehicle from a dealership in Vancouver to Calgary, the owner sounded nice, cordial and sincere as I explained to her that I needed my vehicle transported ASAP since it has been sitting at the dealer lot for almost 2 weeks since purchase. I filled out a booking form which at that point I should have seen the huuugeeee redflag that she only accepts email money transfer and NOT credit cards. Big mistake on my part I still proceeded with the booking for $550 plus GST. She assured me my vehicle would be picked up by her people anytime between December 14th and 17th I asked her to call my sales consultant at the dealership to verify the ETA for pick up. Those days came and went and no one showed up to pick-up my vehicle. On December 18th I contacted her and told her that since my car wasn’t picked up I would simply fly to Vancouver and drive the car back myself. and needed my refund. Little did I know, attempting to secure a refund would thrust me into a Kafkaesque nightmare of indifference and apathy. She promised to refund my money by December 19th that day came and went no refund. Then she promised to give my money back on December 22nd because her accounting team was working on it. Clearly, I became impatient because I knew I was being given the “run around." I will try to post email screen shots of my communication with her. It is astonishing how quickly she abandoned any pretense of accountability and became RUDE! opting instead to blame me for prematurely sending the $550+GST payment since her booking form does not specify customers to pay upfront and only pay after pick-up. Today is February 11th 2024 two months have passed, and she ignored my request and bluntly refused to refund my money WITHOUT rendering any service. I have reported her business to The BBB and Alberta consumer investigation unit and forwarded my complaints to the Calgary Police, till this day she continues to ignore and has not responded to their inquiries. I will spend every waking moment of my day fighting this blatant consumer thievery, to get my refund back, even if it means I have to spend twice the money in legal fees, just to ensure she never does this to anyone else ever again.
