Horrible experience!! Dropped off a laptop, called 2 days later and was told Mother Board was gone but could be fixed. Told 2-3 weeks for parts and I agreed to get fixed. Over the next 2 months I called a grand total of 10 times for updates (over that period I received 1 callback) and was told there were other parts that required to be replaced. Again told 2 weeks for parts. Again called several times and was told parts were at customs, would repair as soon as they arrived. No parts no repair!! Picked up laptop and no charger was returned to me. Asked where it was and could not find it. Told me he would get back to me but guess what? No call, what a big surprise. Never use these guys for repairs...Period
