I was followed throughout the store constantly by an angry faced Asian woman. The store is near my work and I wear a suit but I still must have looked suspicious. I proceeded to buy a remote control helicopter for my nephew for Christmas. I bought the item on the morning of Dec 24. I found out the next day that someone else from out of country had bought him the same helicopter. I went to return the unopened item on the 31st and was told they do not do refunds or exchanges. He showed me a sign he had that stated this, although the sign was obscured by another item in front of it. We got into an argument and the owner became belligerent and rude. Do NOT buy from this overpriced store with questionable business practices. I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau as well.
