I had a terrible experience here and I'll never bring anything back for repair. The shoes (a simple repair) didn't look very good when I picked them up. I asked "Why did you use black thread on a tan shoe?", he said "It's on the inside so it doesn't matter." I said "But the sewing is so sloppy that you can see the black thread on the outside." He (I believe the owner) said, emphatically, "No." He repeated "No" a few more times and it was clear that I was getting nothing from him, not an apology and certainly not my money back, which I had been requested to pay up front and which I felt was too much to begin with. I told him I would let others know and he said, "Fine with me." The shoes are fixed but look worse than when I took them in.
