Safety is our highest priority and is the reason we use the only industrial-rated electronic burner control in the industry, with a UV sensor, pre-purge, pre-heat, and auto-restart ignition plus safety lockout. Our exclusive needle valve prevents nozzle drip and clears obstructions at each ignition cycle.
Clean burning means thermal efficiency, whereby usable heat is delivered to the workspace by virtue of the high-efficiency heat exchanger, which is constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminized steel. Fuel versatility is our strong suit, as the F125 will accept a wide range of combustible liquids including, but not exclusively: diesel, up to #6 fuel oil, all weights of crankcase oil including synthetic, 90-weight gear, transmission and hydraulic fluid, etc. The digital temperature control enables on-site adjustment. Maintenance friendly with a swing-out burner facilitating periodic cleaning of the combustion chamber and a built-in hour meter for scheduled tune-ups. Just because you’re burning a waste product doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be
fully utilized. This furnace utilizes it better than any. It even qualifies for
Energy Star Rating which requires at least an 85% energy efficiency. The
outside of the INOV8 F125 furnace looks similar to the standard “straightshot” design of competitors but disguised inside are many unique features; features that promise to revolutionize the waste oil burning industry by eliminating typical complaints regarding maintenance and durability. This compact
powerhouse provides a hinged door for easy cleaning, preheated combustion air (which promotes complete fuel consumption and clean combustion). This furnace is very popular with those that burn vegetable oil as fuel. The INOV8 model F125 furnace includes:
The cabinet with a squirrel cage type blower, INOV8 model S200 burner,
barometric damper, floating pick-up assembly (which includes a check valve, UL listed in-line filter, tank fitting, piping & a float device), 120 volt wall thermostat, hanging brackets & bolts, automatic cleanout needle, and an automatic vent system.
The INOV8 300-gallon tank (not included) supports the furnace at the required 8 feet. The tank includes complete oil supply & return lines,
oil level gauge, support stands, and a specially designed settling area inside the tank. The warranty provides two years on parts and ten years limited warranty on the heat exchanger and cabinet. This product is fully tested and listed by Intertek ETL-Semko to
latest safety standards in the United States and Canada - specifically to UL296A and CSA B140.0-03, B140.4-04 and B140.2.1-M90. The tank is listed to UL80 and CAN/ULC-S602-03. Additional Features:

This little powerhouse is packed with specialty features not available on anything in our industry.
