We were VERY satisfied with the exceptional service Aaron provided with our pre-purchase home inspection. He was very thorough with his inspection of an older home and he came across many things that we had missed, would've missed or didn't even consider, which was critical in helping us make an informed decision with our son who was a first time home buyer. He told us to count on 2hrs, possibly 2.5hrs for the inspection but ended up being over 3hrs, so he was making sure he covered everything necessary. He answered any and all questions throughout the inspection and debriefed his findings at the end while promptly sending us a detailed report well within 24hrs. He also made himself available to answer more questions afterwards which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend Aaron for your home inspection needs.

Aaron was punctual and thorough in his inspection of our potential home. He even took time to explain level of urgency potential issues that may arise if certain deficiencies were not addressed. Aaron IS THE BEST INSPECTOR TO GO WITH! Thanks to Aaron's drone video of the roof and thoroughness,we,were able to negotiate for the seller to replace the roof in full and his report also gave us a to do list of items we could get fixed after closing that were smaller in scale. Aaron was great! The house I'm buying in Hamilton is almost 100 yrs old, so naturally there are some issues here and there. Aaron took the time to explain potential "problem" areas and even gave me a "worst-case scenario" cost-estimate for a minor issue in the basement which really eased my mind. And I received my inspection report the same evening! The report is extremely detailed and all of the pics included were clear and labelled. Thank you.

I asked my realtor to get a thorough professional inspector that would check everything. She did a good recommending True Inspection. The inspector did exterior, on the roof and around the grounds pointing out all the defects and qualities, then inside all around in the attic and checked out plumbing and heating and finally the yard and into the crawl space. He answered every question I had and was pleasant the whole time. He gave me a briefing after the hours of inspection. I got a very detailed report with pictures. This was 3 times the inspection I got 12 years ago and the cost was the same. If I move again, I will definitely use True Inspection to check out my next purchase.
