TKO has three different classes. One for beginners, one for intermediate level students, and one for fighters who intend to compete in various events throughout the year. Our instructors will judge which class will be appropriate for you upon joining (based on your experience level and physical conditioning). To climb the ranks, students must undergo testing that will aim to measure their physical condition and their technical abilities. Classes normally run for 1.5 hours with the exception of beginner classes which run for 1 hour. Below is the layout for a typical beginner TKO class.
