The training at TKO is as hard or as easy as you make it. You will not be forced into doing anything against your own will. With that said however, we do encourage individuals to go beyond what they think they are capable of accomplishing, to what they can actually achieve physically, mentally, and spiritually. We strongly believe that what people will do, is not an accurate measure of what people can do. The trainers at TKO are well aware of this and strive to get students to recognize their true potential through the art of Muay Thai. It is paramount to us that students leave each class with a sense of accomplishment, completion, and personal growth.
