I would give this a 'ZERO' if possible. First off he delayed in reaching and made it at 9 PM when scheduled for 7:30 initially. My issue was with birds this guy came with mice spray and tools. I said I don't want that he charged me $25 for "gas" apparently.. then worse of all happened. I didn't have change to give him $25 - had $40 instead, he brought me down to his car to get the change then said he doesn't have any. I said to wait there I will get it from my car. I reached back to hi within 5 minutes he vanished with my $40 for doing NOTHING!!! Ridiculous.... I classify this company as thief's / stealer. Called the guy immediately - said he would EMT and its end of 2nd day nothing received yet!.. I like dealing with good people when it comes to good service.. I tried to be nice and even gave him his $25 ask for his gas.. but in return he stole from me lol.. I agree I was a fool to trust him.
