Booked an appointment 7 days in advance, Garage had my vehicle for 6 days to do an oil change and basic maintenance. I had to call them several times to check if the work was Complete. It wasn’t, I’m writing this while waiting for them to finish. when I went to pick up my car I found they hadn’t enabled service mode for the air suspension, before putting it on the hydraulic lift. claiming “they never do” and it’s “been on the lift 5 times” - they reacted like me asking if they did due diligence was some sort of crazy ask. Really not impressed with the lack of a written quote, the 6 day holdover, the incomplete work order, and the clear miss on damaging my air suspension system. Disappointed for the price.
