My daughter joined Cascadia when she was 3 and is now a black belt at only 9 years old. The instructors have supported her and help her grow in confidence. You can tell they love what they do and they are excellent at it. I love their kickboxing classes and will move mountains not to miss a class. They are fun, challenging and an excellent part of my day. I have been working out for years and this is by far not only the most effective but the most fun too!
