There are so many things that are wrong with this place, this place has potential, but with the right people, I think the owner needs to do a reset with some of his staff, Not all the staff I have a problem with. I went in to the clinic on May 12 2023 for physio, when I got there I cough and one of the staff ask me if I’m sick, so I say I have an itchy throat, so she said I need a mask, she brings me a mask and give me, I ask her what is the deal with the mask, her response was the back door are the nearest exit, so I respond by saying what the deal with her attitude, that I’m only asking what is the deal with the mask because Covid lifted worldwide, she start saying if I don’t like it I can leave and keep giving me her attitude, so I get up and tell her to keep her attitude to her self and walk out. We should never be forced to do something, this was forcing, because if I don’t wear a mask I can leave and if I wore the mask I can stay, so that is telling me and forcing me to do something I don’t want. I’m talking about the big black girl/woman that work there. I don’t like the way the set up for massage therapy, they put you in to a room for others stuff, they make you change into this gown, and when you ready to have a massage they put you to wait in the waiting area with a gown on in front all the people, for me that is not professional at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone, staff needs to change.
