Car wash damaged my vehicle. Its advertised as touch less but was not touch less as the drier had to roll on top of my vehicle. So ridiculous, I would not have bought the car wash if I knew that it wasn't touchless as advertised. The manager was of no help, setting up a meeting with me to take a picture of the damage and the license plate, also measuring the damage of the car scrap to the ground. He then said he would submit my statement (which I had wrote). I left then he calls me back within 30 min to state that he viewed the video and that I could see the video if i could come back. I come back and then all of a sudden he cannot show me the video, just waisting time, such an inconvenience. Poor management. I've called police and head office. Dont go to this place!
