I have been waiting for 25 months for knee replacement, as I was signed on by Dr. Grosso on April 2021. 18 months in, my scheduled surgery was cancelled at the last minute while being prepped for surgery. The next day, I called the clinic to inquire when it might be rescheduled and they did not know and left me guessing as to when. The office has never contacted me since then (?). It has been another 7 months, with no correspondence of any kind from this office. Talk about ghosting a patient waiting for surgery as promised. I would not be writing this critique if they would at least communicate with me.
