These people are blatant scammers that need to be investigated. They charge extra fees to customers to recoup losses from poor employment choices and they treat people like garbage. They are passive aggressive and claim you are mentally ill if you don't agree with their ineptitude. They make me feel very uncomfortable living in the building as someone of the lgbtq background and have even harrassed me and many others around the building. They're office staff is evil, and thats said lightly, they mask extra fees into your condo fees and perform other shady business practices that should have them investigated.
