From the moment i signed up, i knew this would be a game changer for me. Trevor, Kyle and Michelle were the first faces i met when i joined. I had no idea I would become so addicted to the classes. The warm up is by far the most intense and most satisfying 15 minutes ever.... I feel so accomplished when i finish class. I have never been more addictive or stayed consistent doing any other workout routine. I love the instructors, my fellow work out people and i would not trade them for anything!
