My pet was taken to this clinic and DID NOT receive any positive treatment for his condition, was not diagnosed but told he was old (if 12 yrs is considered old!). Dr Ruth showed no care or compassion, did not keep her word to see me whenI picked my pet up, nor did she keep her word on instructions & after care - all I got was a $5 bottle of Lactulose and a $235 invoice, there was no devotion shown, no followuo (to this day), did not live up to their motto "Devoted to the care & treatment of your small & large animals". We dropoed by after the weekend on Mon 09/09 to see Dr Ruth, and she wasn't there even though her hours are listed as open, we left a message for her to please call us about our pet and what to do... our cat was not getting any better and it seemed that Dr Ruth didn't care and seemed to be avoiding the situation. NOW OUR PET IS DEAD, and she never called us or advised us on anything. She should be ashamed of not living up to her vow as a Vet, and ashamed for not caring one bit for our dear pet.
