Very good manner in his office. Discussed concerns and test that needed to be done- was very thorough. Received a taped phone call a couple weeks after the tests saying we had a telephone appointment 10 days from now and I had to confirm the time or change it. If confirmed and I did not take the call, would be subject to no show fee. I received this confirmation call 5 more times, same time and same appointment. He never called. I called the office to inquire what happened with my phone appointment only to be told they would call me back with a new appointment. That was 11 days ago, still no call from him. I am rather discouraged by this whole business.
