Coming back to kickboxing after many years away due to a car accident, I chose ILKB Vancouver because the staff really cares and listens when I need to do modifications, and everyone there is so encouraging it keeps me coming back even on days when I'd rather use my injury as an excuse not to go. They've also really cleaned up my sloppy footwork and are a great place to get back into your groove and sharpen your skills.
