this is the worst company , do not take your high end cars to this location and or any cars!! they damage my audi q5 navigation screen by directly spraying the solution ,,, all this on camera, took me 2 months to get a hold of someone after all the msg, as i stayed on the spot before leaving when noticed the damage, and the attendant was new and very sorry , but then they told be to come back when the boss is there and or to call back and talk with boss, they assured me they too all my information to ensure a call back about the matter, my car was serviced at audi a few days prior as it was mothers day weekend and audi was able to confirm the navigation screen was in fact working fine. The boss and managers and whom ever are very shady in their business practices, as after they viewed camera , they told me they can offer me a car wash !!! the estimate from audi to repair screen was 2500$ aprox .what a joke, so i looked into a lawyer , lol the retainer fee was mote than the screen !! so all and all i went to get my car cleaned mothers day , and ended up with a huge invoice i had to pay after months of running around. names and persons i spoke to have all been documented , this occurred in 2022, if anyone reads and can help with the matter , i am willing to look into any options as it was very dis heartening and no right at all !!
