After knowing the owner for 20 years we trusted him. He shows up a week ago, says he has to change some rollers which he should have done last year. Charged us, and came back the next day for money for the service call. Except we never called him. NOW our garage door doesn't work. Terrible to rip off strangers, but people you've known for so long. Terrible Terrible
