I went for physiotherapy treatment in markham and steeles branch and they treated me regularly but all the time they changing physiotherapist and after I got regular treatment here I asked a clinical report regarding my health condition but they refuse it and they going to give attendance report. They treated me as per the doctor's referral and still I do not know why they refusing to give clinical report to me and the physiotherapist also spoke to me very roughly. Really disappointed regarding this and I sent an e-mail 3 times to the head office regarding this and they also not responded to me. They charged me all the visits but no treated me as a good customer, and my opinion is they only looking for money but they failed to give a good care to the customers.
