On Sunday, March 10th, I called in for my normal delivery. Yet this one was for 3 cartons of smokes at St.Marys Convenience Store at 2 nations Crossing. I politely told dispatcher "Nat" a detailed explanation of exactley what kind of cartons I needed since they have so many varieties.. He answered back "I'm not stupid of what you want". I replied by saying I didn't call you stupid yet very disrespectful .And because of his ignorant words, there are 2 drivers whom are thinking of quitting because of Nat and his disrespectful attitude. He needs to be remanded or fired completely as it seems he's ignorant to everyone to the drivers and customers......
