Avoid buying Bell products at all cost. Absolutely zero customer service. Zero as nobody answers phones. Message left on 2 voicemail extensions. No call back. 2 emails sent to 2 different addresses. No response. I was looking for replacement cams for a MAXXATECH 350 Crossbow. It is now worth nothing. I am now in the market for a new bow. Definitely will not be from Bell Outdoors.
