The worst service and treatment I ve ever had in my life
The merchant damaged one of my watches while changing the battery and refused to repair it. In fact he asked me for extra money to repair it.
I went to this place on Saturday Sept.6 2014 with 9 of my watches to change the batteries. I asked the merchant to inspect them carefully before starting the job to make sure that they are all cosmetically free (no dents, scratches, damage...etc) to avoid any kind of such situation or argument when he finishes his job.
He gave me a deal of 10$ each (90$ in total) where I accepted. He claimed later after the incidence that I was supposed to pay more than 200$ for such service !!
When he finished the job, I realized that one number on one of the watches was not in place and when I asked him to fix that, he started shouting at me and my wife`s face and claimed that we did that intentionally to get it fixed while changing the batteries for no extra cost which of course was not true. He also said that because he changed the batteries in front of me , he is not responsible for that fallen number.
Moreover, he called the security and after a long discussion, he gave me two options one of which is to pay the 90$ and to take the watches as it is or to pay 25$ more to get that particular watch fixed.
I decided to pay the 90$ and leave as I lost the trust with him. He gave me the invoice and crossed out the 2 years warranty for the batteries and when I asked him why, he said this is how it is and I will not give you a warrantee. In fact he highlighted that he doesn't want to see us again for any reason and he informed me that nobody knows how long the battery will last and “even God himself doesn’t know that” !! .
I have never had such kind of treatment and customer service in my life. This guy was treating us inappropriately and shouted at us, scared my kids and finally asked me to leave his premises and not to come back again. I got the feeling that I was forced to pay for a service that was incompletely provided and ended up with a damage to one of my watches, insult and emotional damage.
