I've gotten a lot of social media ads recently for various kickboxing places and this was definitely the best offer. 3 classes plus a free pair of gloves were $20, and if you used the code Loonie it came down to $10 total... What a steal! Tried it out with a couple friends and the trainer that gave us our introduction had it right... The warm up is the hardest part! Was pretty much a HIIT workout plus stretches and we were already exhausted... And we didn't even get to the boxing part yet! After doing a couple rounds of boxing on the target, we switched to some partner workouts and then a cool down. What a crazy hour and sweat alot, so I can for sure say it was a great workout! Tired as hell after but I'll be back for sure!
