BEWARE-Terrible experience. Paid over $3,300 for a lift chair as my mom was scheduled to come home from hospital after hip surgery. The day it was delivered my mom had a massive stroke so never made it home. The following day I called well-wise Sarnia and asked about returns. Ultimately they would not take the chair back even at a discount. The salesman told me he had called his manager. Shame on them putting someone through this when they are grieving. I will never step in their store again and will continue to caution others."
