Beware of the business cards for private services that this store put on the table for their customers. Granted, those service providers may not be employed by Pet Valu, but the fact that you get their business card in the store it means Pet Valu endorse them somehow. I brought my dog for walk-in nail clipping, I was told the person would arrive at 12 noon. So we went back 15 mins past 12. Still not there. We were told she was running late but will be in in a few minutes. 15 minutes passed, no sign of the groomer. Then we were told she ran the city marathon and will be late. Way to treat a loyal customer. I am never going back to Pet Valu. Not only the Derry store, but all Pet Valu. There's Pet Smart and Ren's close by.
