Their service description looks amazing. They are local. They were friendly on the phone. They have competitive pricing. They do not keep appointments. I arranged an off-hours drop-off for an item to be cleaned. I went through the significant effort of getting it into a vehicle then drove it to the agreed upon location (another business office owned by the same person). I called ahead and got the answering machine. Sure, it's off-hours so likely not answering the phone but probably monitoring around that time since an agreed upon appointment was very close. I arrived at the agreed upon location 10 minutes early. Everything was locked up and not a person nor personal vehicle in sight. Well, I am a bit early... okay... Waiting.... Appointment time comes and goes.... I call again: "I'm here... Is someone coming to meet me to accept the delivery?".... Waiting longer... 15 minutes later... calling again... Hello? Is anyone there?.... nope.... walk a bit of the building perimeter and wave at the security cameras to see if that gets their attention.... nope.... Plan B - call again and inform them I will go to the listed business address. Arrive there, knock on the door... nothing.... waiting.... ring the bell... nothing.... waiting.... call again.... nothing.... Go home disappointed. Now we are 5 hours into the business day and still no call.... nothing.... No call, no show, no followup to voice messages, no professional courtesy. I guess they don't want any actual business. I don't believe it is a "front" but it certainly raises questions about what they are doing to stay in business.... I am not allowed to submit a review with 0 stars, so I had to give it 1 star. Sorry if this is misleading to suggests there was any actual service performed other than wasting my time.
