After 17 years as a loyal customer , we received a form letter from someone named Kimberly that this company would no longer deliver our fuel. Apparently their insurance has dictated an arbitrary cut off date. Instead of changing Insurance they decided to cut off a large number of customers just before heating season. After contacting the Manager there was a weeks delay then a phone call reconfirming the bad news. Customer Service 101 would suggest an apology from the OWNER for the bad timing and illogical policy. ( Competing fuel suppliers are happy to have our business).
