Excellent, the installation of our shutters was seamless. Due to some construction work we were recently doing we had to remove the entire shutter system. Unfortunately we snapped a piece and I reached out to Alex to get a replacement piece. She was extremely helpful, friendly and was able to help me. I will continue to use this family owned company instead of the big box stores. They have always been extremely responsive and want to give their customers the best service possible. I will be installing another set of interior shutters this year and will only use this company.
