I own a dodge Durango and I took it in for thier ultimate plus package costing me $150. Now they did a great job on the wipe down I was very happy, but for some reason they fell totally short on the vacuuming. After I was handed my keys and told to have a nice day I pulled out side to check the work in the back in the daylight and I was disappointed to see OBVIOUS debris throughout the back storage area that was missed but also in the rear bench seat there was and area that had more OBVIOUS garbage and crap as well I started picking out with my own hands!!!! When I talked to the owner and pointed this out I was told "if you wanted that much of a clean you should have bought our $300 package" I was socked that they didn't care for the lack of attention thier workers have OR the customer service they claim to have. Maybe each persons experience is different. I certainly hope that NO ONE goes through what I was treated to.
