On a mall shopping spree for my daughter’s birthday today, she picked Pseudio as one of the stores she wanted to shop at. From the window the clothes looked great and she was excited buy some t-shirts so we went into the store. As we entered the store, one of the staff nodded over to my daughter’s direction and got the attention of her coworker. They laughed. Upon laughing both of those employees got the attention of the third employee and told him to look at my daughter as well and they all laughed. I was very, very disappointed in seeing the staff laugh at my daughter. All 3 employees working at this store just laughed at my daughter’s appearance. It was extremely judgemental and rude. I was very upset by this and I told my daughter we are not spending money here and that we were leaving. As we were going to leave, 1 of the employees had the nerve to walk up to us and ask us if we needed any help. I said no and we walked out. My daughter was disappointed as it was her birthday and we came specifically to spend money in their store. Perhaps management should give their staff a refresher course on customer service, discrimination and compassion. Never judge a book by its cover. Unfortunately we won’t be back to support this store.
