Dr. Gill is very versed in his field. He is a professional. However, the Lady that answers the phone is by no means a professional, infact over talks when trying to determine information.She provieds a date for an appointment then argues that she didn't. Asks for the last name which I spell out then is adament that she has no one by that name. She is the most unprofessional receptionist I've ever speken to. By the way, in todays wo`rld everyone has a recording to leave a message, this clinic has none, go figure. She is a very unknowledgable arguementative individual. She would have been fired long time ago, if she worked for my business.Thereare so many negative reviews about her, it's hard to understand why she is still there answering phones.
