This is my 1st time submitting a review before a company does the work. He's the only one who actually picked up the phone when I called for a maintenance service on the gas boiler at my rental property in Elliot Lake; that in itself is worth a review. I live in Ottawa and called a few HVAC companies in Elliot Lake and no reply after months of trying. If Ernie hadn't responded I was going to drive all the way to see if I would have better luck knocking on doors. By the way, the fact that I didn't get a reply from the others doesn't mean they are not good at what they do. Thank you Ernie for picking up the phone and we look forward to an upcoming appointment.
