Do not order from this group of companies! Delivery of basket was on the wrong date. Customer service is very frustrating. While initial contact was quick, there is no possibility to speak directly to anyone. All contact is through email. When difficulties arise, the CSR manager is rude and not willing to see a customer's point of view. She seemed unable to use manners or courtesy in her interactions with me. When I tried to speak to her supervisor or deal with someone else, she unilaterally blocked my attempts and point blank said no one would be dealing with me. This was a huge exercise in frustration and futility. I will make sure all of my friends and family are aware of the challenges I faced when trying to get to the bottom of this situation. The business model for this company seems to be screw the customer, make sure they cannot contact a flesh and blood person directly, and to hell with customer service.
