Be careful. This is a very unscrupulous company. They ask you to sign blank release orders which are in fact blank work orders. They rely on these blank orders saying that you have given them your consent to repair your vehicle. They will not release your car. They have had my Range Rover fir over six weeks and refuse to release it so it can be towed to a reputable body shop. The courts have now issued a writ of seizure so we will be able to arrange to have the car removed from Their lot. The sherif will be attending in the next little while. I would not allow them to;fix it if they did it for free. Be very very careful
