Bays is awesome for exercising and enjoyment especially during the winter months when outdoor swimming is out of the question. The pool is great, the staff are awesome and I love coming here to swim. It is also great for hydro-therapy. I originally swam here as a puppy to rehabilitate a pinned and plated broken leg. Now you would never know it had been broken in the first place. Woof!
