The daycare itself is nice and the teachers are amazing but if you ever have to deal with their executive director then good luck!! Never seen anyone so unprofessional ignorant and cold towards parents. She lacks skills to be able to work with people. Be carefull when you sign up for direct deposit. I switched from full time program to part time and was still charged for full time. Its been 2 months and only got a 1/4 money back. I will be reporting her to ministry of education.
