Devastating experience. It should be a negative number, if possible. Had a full face lift and nothing went right. Headgear fell off first day and the drains also fell out. Had awful swelling and my face was worst after the surgery than before which was pointed out by 2 other doctors. My lips are misaligned and require filler to look more even. The two cords that he stitched together under my chin ripped out so I have an extra scar for no reason. My ears and the sides of my face are permanently numb which I could except if the facelift was successfull. He admitted that it was not what I signed up for but only offered 3 fillers and cut me loose to deal with his failed surgery. I had to have another 8 fillers in attempt to take up the loose skin at $600 each. That was almost $5,000 and need to be refilled yearly. It took me 10 years to save the money on a disability pension for this surgery and look the same, if not worst for the shabby job he did. Ladies, beware of this surgeon. He will take your money and put you through a painful surgery just to make money and will cut you loose instead of standing up for his poor surgical skills. I have had to see another surgeon to try to fix the damage done. Unfortunately I will need to take a loan out to do the job Heaton failed to do. I'm sorry I didn't take legal action in time since over 2 years has passed. I hope this review helps someone who is considering any procedures with this person to reconsider. He is no bargain.
