*We are regular customers since 2008. There used to great, nice and honest staffs working here.* Today January 5th, 2024 at 12:40pm we went to the laundromat, which is located in Markham and Eglinton. We waited for several minutes to load our dirty clothes into the washing machine, but most of the machines were occupied. So, the staff, who was working there, did not rush the customers and told us to wait for them to load into the machines after they are done. We waited for the customers and loaded our laundry. After the clothes were cleaned, we placed the clothes in the drier. After the clothes were dried, we were taking out the clothes and the same staff was rushing us to get our clothes out of the machine, without understanding that we have a lot of clothes. We calmly mentioned that we will take them out, but she came again and rudely said we should take all the clothes and place them on the folding table. The same staff was not rude to others but to us. Could you please train her how to treat customers or kick her out of the job. Thank you.
