The SECOND I walked into the door, I felt like I was home. This was the place I needed and wanted to be. The instructors Kyle, Michelle, an Trevor were so welcoming and interested in me. They are easy to talk to!The classes are upbeat, with group instruction and individual help and encouragement during bag rounds. I leave with more energy then I walked in with, and am planing my next visit before I’m even off the mat!
