Exercise Caution when dealing with the Celtic Hall banquet rooms and catering service. My experience dealing with them was very negative and weeks away from my wedding date I was told that my initial contract was not valid and their prices increased substantially in further discussions. They have also refused to refund my down-payment for banquet services.
